Hayley Hasselhoff plays the role of Amber in the show, and it remains her most well-known acting role to date. Hayley Hasselhoff explained that she wanted others to be able to see their own body types reflected in popular models, because she strongly believes that all body types should be celebrated, and that people shouldn’t feel bad about themselves just based on how they look.
She and Her Father Both Struggle With Alcoholism
While Hayley Hasselhoff’s career seems to taking off these days, she hasn’t always surrounded by overwhelming positivity. In fact, both she and her father share a rather dark side. In 2017, Hayley Hasselhoff arrested in Los Angeles for driving under the influence, and was found passed out in her car before being taken to jail. While there’s been no other revelations as to her alcohol abuse, it’s clear that she’s probably been struggling with some form of alcoholism.
Surprisingly, however, Hayley Hasselhoff isn’t the only one in her family who’s struggled with alcohol abuse. In 2019, her father ended up drinking quite heavily one night, and nearly died from alcohol poisoning! Hayley stayed by his side while he’s in the hospital, and greatly relieved to discover he would alright.
