Clint romances before meeting and marrying Margaret, she marks the first woman he bonds with during his adult years. The two met in the summer of 1953 after being set up on a blind date by mutual friends. Margaret was working as a secretary at the time, and Clint was hard at work becoming a star.
Clint and Margaret met and married in 1953, and they didn’t get divorced until 1984. Over the course of their three-decade marriage, they have children together, their names being Kyle and Alison Eastwood. Clint and Margaret marry for three decades, but that doesn’t mean that Clint stays with the mother of two kids! They maintain an open marriage, with Clint engaging in numerous affairs during the years that they are together. The pair became legally separated in 1978 before divorcing.
Jayne Mansfield
There are many women that Clint Eastwood rumors to engage in extramarital relations with during his marriage to Margaret Johnson. The first woman that Clint has been rumored to have relations with is Jayne Mansfield. The rumors never prove, it claims that Clint and Jayne hook up in 1954 while Clint is a fledgling star.
Mamie Van Doren

Anita Lhoest
He is cheating on his first wife Margaret with dancer and stuntwoman Roxanne Tunis. He is also having an affair with Roxanne Tunis with a professional swimmer by the name of Anita Lhoest. Clint and Anita are romantically linked from 1959 until 1960, during which time Anita became pregnant and got an abortion.
Keely Smith

Inger Stevens
In the 1960s, Clint Eastwood breaks out into international superstardom thanks to his appearances in a variety of Spaghetti Westerns. Later in the decade, he returned to America and featured in the 1968 American revisionist Western film Hang ‘Em High, in which Clint costarred alongside the beautiful actress Inger Stevens. Clint couldn’t help himself from starting yet another affair when he began working with the actress, becoming romantically involved with her for a full year starting in June of 1967.
Jean Seberg
A year after the release of Hang ‘Em High, Clint Eastwood can be in another Western during the filming of which he hooks up with his female star. That film was 1969’s Paint Your Wagon, which also happened to be a musical! Clint got to stretch his musical chops in the film, which is perhaps how he won the heart of costar Jean Seberg. The two hooked up while filming the feature in 1968.

While most of the women that Clint Eastwood has hooked up with since becoming a superstar have been fellow celebrities, Gael Greene represented a change of pace for the actor. Gael sends to interview Clint while he is filming the 1970 feature Two Mules for Sister Sara. They met in 1969, and the affair lasted until a year later, in 1970.
Jo Ann Harris
In 1970, Clint Eastwood began a long-lasting affair with actress Jo Ann Harris, whom he had met while filming the feature The Beguiled. The affair lasts from 1970 until 1972, making it one of the longer affairs that Clint involves in during his first marriage to Margaret Johnson.
Cathy Reghin
In 1971, Clint Eastwood was cheating on his first wife with Roxanne Tunis, Roxanne Tunis with Jo Ann Harris, and Jo Ann Harris with Cathy Reghin. At the peak of Clint’s virility, it appears that the actor needed four women in order to keep him satiated, though Clint appeared to only have needed French model Cathy for a small period of time in 1971.
Sondra Locke
The affair between Clint Eastwood and Sondra Locke remains one of the most scandalous that Clint involves in, thanks to the drama that ensued in the proceeding years. The two began dating in 1975 after meeting on the set of the film The Outlaw Josey Wales. They ended up remaining together for many years, though they were never married. Clint and Sondra remained romantically involved until 1989. However, it has come to light in recent years that this relationship wasn’t necessarily a very happy one.
According to Sondra, Clint forced her to get two separate abortions over the course of their relationship. Clint also quite literally ended up leaving Sondra out in the cold, locking her out of their shared residence and getting rid of all of her belongings in the process. Sondra ended up suing Clint Eastwood twice as a result of their tumultuous relationship, though they settled out of court.
Megan Rose
While Clint was having a hard time with Sondra Locke and needing a break, he found solace by having an affair with a Hollywood story analyst by the name of Megan Rose. It was Megan who introduced Clint Eastwood to the script that would eventually become Unforgiven, though it was known simply as The William Munny Killings at the time. Their affair lasted from 1983 to 1987, and Clint would go on to film Unforgiven and release it to immense acclaim in 1992.
Jamie Rose
Megan Rose certainly wasn’t the only person that Clint became romantically involved with behind Sondra’s back. In fact, Megan wasn’t even the only person that he did so with in 1983, and whose last name was Rose! Clint also became entangled in an affair with actress Jamie Rose that year, after meeting her on the set of the feature film Tightrope.
Jacelyn Reeves
Jacelyn Reeves is another person that Clint cheated on Sondra Locke with. Clint and Jacelyn became involved in 1984. The pair actually ended up having a couple of children together, with their names being Scott and Kathryn.
