Based on court documents obtained by Closer, she stated that “the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken” as the grounds for the divorce. Jennifer wants to legally change her name back to Jennifer Lee Flavin. After being married for 25 years, she is now requesting an “equitable distribution” of certain assets and liabilities.
