Vidyut Jammwal
Vidyut Jammwal is a Bollywood actor who started his career as a stunt performer. Jammwal’s father is an army officer and owing to his father’s transferrable job, Jammwal’s family moved around a lot. When he was three, the family moved to Palakkad, Kerala, where Jamwal’s mother runs an ashram to this day. At the age of three, Jammwal’s parents introduced him to Kalaripayattu, an Indian martial arts form.
Other than Kalaripayattu, Jammwal also trained in other forms of martial arts. After earning a formal degree in martial arts, he traveled to 25 different countries, performing live-action shows. In 2013, Jammwal traveled to the Shaolin Temple in China, where Kung Fu was born. He trained there for a week. Jammwal is 39-years-old now and as part of his training, combines martial arts with weight, interval, and cardiovascular training. Other than being a proficient martial artist, Jamwal is also a rock climber.
Of course, you do not want to mess with someone who can break your back within seconds.
Vladimir Putin
We all know that Putin is the President of Russia and that in itself is a good enough reason not to try and mess with him, irrespective of how popular or rich you are. However, we want to give you some more reasons why Putin is more dangerous than most people imagine.
For 16 years of his life, Putin worked as a Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti Foreign Intelligence Officer, eventually moving to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He resigned in 1991 and then served as the Director of the Federal Security Service as well as held the post of the Secretary of the Security Council under the presidency of Boris Yeltsin. So, Putin certainly knows a great deal about counter-terrorism and warfare tactics. And, as if all that isn’t enough, he is also a trained Sambo martial artist who began his training at the age of five and continues to train to this day. He also trains in karate and received the 8th Dan Black Belt certificate in Taekwondo in 2012 and was also recently awarded an honorary 9th Dan Black Belt certificate.

Shi Yan Ming
Shi Yan Ming is a Shaolin warrior monk who founded the Shaolin Temple in the USA. He, born Duan, was born to very poor parents in China. His father literally begged for food. However, after Shi’s birth, his parents began working for the Mao government as telex operators. When Duan was two, he fell severely ill. His parents consulted several doctors. Duan’s parents thought they had lost him and therefore, wrapped him in a blanket and were about to throw him away when an acupuncturist recovered Duan. Though Duan survived, his health remained a cause of concern. His parents, therefore, took him to the 1500-year-old Shaolin Temple. At Shaolin Temple, he began learning Kung Fu and acupuncture.
By 1985, Shi had become the master of several arts. The same year, he won the 65 Kg Xian National Sparring Competition and thereafter, won the Shaolin Disciples Competition for three consecutive years. He was then invited by the American Kung Fu association to the United States, where he eventually founded the Shaolin Temple USA and has since trained hundreds and thousands of students. Shi’s life has been extraordinary in every way. Surely, you don’t want to mess with someone like Shi!
Masaaki Hatsumi
Masaaki Hatsumi is the founder of Bujinkan, an international martial arts organization.
As a student, Masaaki actively participated in martial arts and other sports. During his university years, he continued learning judo and was eventually promoted to the Dan rank. Thereafter, he began teaching Judo to American soldiers posted at the Yokota Air Base. After completing higher education, Hatsumi decided he wanted to further enhance his knowledge of martial arts. He, therefore, began training in Kobudo. When Masaaki was 26, Toshitsugu Takamatsu, popularly known as The Tiger of Mongolia, accepted him as a student and trained Masaaki for the last 15 years of his life, ultimately teaching the Nine Schools or Secret traditions to him and making Masaaki the sole heir to these traditions.
Masaaki now travels the world, teaching students these different nine traditions or schools. It is believed that when Toshitsugu attacked an opponent, the pain felt was so unbearable that his opponents were even hardly able to move. Given that Masaaki was trained by Toshitsugu, you certainly wouldn’t want to mess with this martial arts master.
Edward Michael Grylls
Edward Michael Grylls, more popularly known as Bear Grylls, gained global popularity after he appeared on Man vs. Wild. The shows that followed — Running Wild with Bear Grylls and The Island with Bear Grylls — further added to his popularity. So, while the world knows that Bear Grylls possesses incredible mental and physical strength, there are many, many traits and talents known to this man that make him the wrong person to mess with.
After finishing school, Grylls decided to join the British Army. In the army, he received training in unarmed combat, explosives, desert and winter warfare, survival, parachuting, and explosives. After completing his training, he was posted to North Africa, where he suffered a major parachuting accident and ended up breaking three vertebrae. Eighteen months after this incident, Grylls climbed Mount Everest. He was 23 at the time. Thereafter, he embarked on many more adventures, such as crossing the North Atlantic on an inflatable boat, paramotoring over the Himalayas, climbing one of the untouched peaks in Antarctica, and breaking the record of the longest indoor freefall.
It is safe to say that Bear Grylls has nerves of steel, which we are certain would make him a very dangerous opponent.
JD Anderson
JD Anderson, popularly known as the Iceman, became famous after he appeared on shows like America’s Got Talent, Guinness World Records, and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Anderson has the distinction of being the man who broke 13 blocks of ice with his body. Other than displaying his strength on various platforms, Anderson also doubles as a motivational speaker and regularly speaks at school and church events. Though a sweet man, he is most certainly capable of breaking your bones if you manage to rub him wrong.
Martins Licis
Well, of course, you wouldn’t even dare to mess with the world’s strongest man! Martins Licis is a Latvian-American strongman who won the title of World’s Strongest Man in 2019 and he ranked second in the Arnold Strongman Classic competition the same year.
Martins’ grandfather introduced him to stone lifting at an early age. After Martin turned 20, he moved to Los Angeles, CA, where he got a job as a personal trainer. Martin had his eyes on the World’s Strongest Man title since the very beginning. Thus, alongside working as a trainer, Martins began networking and eventually came in contact with Odd Haugen, who was in charge of the All American Strength Classic at the LA Fit Expo. Odd took Martins under his wing and trained him for three years. Their hard work paid off when Martins won the World’s Strongest Man title in 2019.
As a teenager, Licis was once bullied by three older guys and the incident made him so angry, he pushed his training to another level. This was back when Licis was not the strongest man in the world. We are certain no one would dare bully him now.
Giga Uguru
It is quite likely that you may have never heard of Giga Uguru but that’s probably because Giga Uguru wants it that way. Giga is a real-life ninja who performs incredibly amazing acrobatic stunts. You can check his YouTube channel to understand what do we really mean by ‘incredibly amazing’ here.
Giga started training at the early age of 4. He began with Taekwondo but eventually moved to Thai Boxing. Thereafter, he also mastered Krav Magician with Karate. That apart, Giga is also trained in saber combat as well as shooting and use of weapons. He can work a nunchaku like a dream. It is this diverse training that makes Giga Uguru so amazing. Moustafa Ismail
Moustafa Ismail is an Egyptian man who was once described as the human popeye. Ismail once held the Guinness World Record for being the man with the biggest upper arm circumference. When registered his name in the Guinness Book of World Records, Ismail’s arms measured 31 inches. Getting this circumference wasn’t easy. It is believed that Ismail got them by spending hours in the gym and consuming up to six pounds of protein every day, spread into six elaborate meals.
However, later it was revealed that Moustafa’s arm owed their huge size to site enhancement oil or santol or Synthol. Synthol is an oil that bodybuilders inject into the muscle to make them grow in size as well as change their shape. After the Moustafa Ismail case, the Guinness World Records no longer accepts entries for the largest upper arm circumference. Well, it does not matter whether Ismail cheated or not, one look at those biceps and we would never want to be in this man’s list of his mortal enemies.
Vito Pirbazari
The last name on this list is Vittorio Pirbazari. Vito is an Instagram influencer and a professional bodybuilder with a huge fan following — many women around the world are a fan of his good looks and sculpted body. He is 6-feet and 5-inches tall and weighs about 125 kgs. His wonderful height and the massive pounds that he packs on his body make him look like a giant. One look at Vito and you would want to maintain your distance from him.
