A Fan Tried To Eat And Work Out Like Ariana Grande, And This Is What Happened To Her Body

Lifestyle Changes

When you aren’t happy with yourself or what you look like, it is time to make a few adjustments. Getting more exercise, changing what you eat, and having a positive attitude can all have a positive effect. A writer named Farrah Penn decided it was time to make a change in her lifestyle in 2019.

Diet and Exercise

Farrah is a huge fan of Ariana Grande, so she decided to mirror her favorite superstar‘s daily routine for a month. Over the past few years, Ariana has been speaking openly about her eating habits. She says that becoming vegan has helped her overall health. She says that her regular workouts have helped her with her creativity. Arianna’s personal trainer, Harley Pasternak, has shared some details about Ariana’s workout regimen. This gave Farrah an idea.

Ariana Grande

Ariana was born in June 1993 in Florida. When she was young, she expressed interest in the performing arts. Her first lead role was in Annie at the Fort Lauderdale Children’s Theater. After that, she went on to star in Wizard Of Oz and Beauty and the Beast. She started working with the South Florida Philharmonic Orchestra, where she was able to hone her singing abilities. She even sang the national anthem at a Florida Panthers hockey game. This performance was significant because it paved the way for her small screen debut.

Victorious

Each of Ariana’s performances led her to her Nickelodeon series, Victorious. She had the lead role in the show for the next three years, filming over 50 episodes. Shortly after Victorious wrapped, her first album, Yours Truly was released. It became an instant hit in America, the UK, and Australia. Later, her album, My Everything, was released and it did even better than her first. This album earned her a nomination for a Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album. Over the next few years, three new albums were released.

Exercise Regimen

Ariana was serious about physical fitness, so she started working with her personal trainer. He had her focus most on glute bridges and walking lunges because these are exercises don’t require equipment, which means that she can keep up with her exercise regimen while on tour. Her trainer understood that she couldn’t deal with a pulled muscle or an exercise injury while on tour, so he created a safe workout for the superstar.

Farrah Penn

Farrah works for the BuzzFeed website and is a huge fan of Ariana. She decided to follow Ariana’s workout program and her diet for four weeks to see what happened. She decided to write about her progress. On top of Ariana’s regular glute bridges and walking lunges, she added the star’s reverse lunges, pike planks, and skater lunges to her regular workouts. She also changed her diet drastically. Because Ariana is vegan, Farrah had to make some significant changes in her diet. She says she was nervous at first, and grocery shopping was overwhelming. She had no idea what she could and couldn’t eat, and a subscription to a service called Purple Carrot was the answer to her problems. She says that her first week of being a vegan was really easy.

The First Week

During her first week, she may have had the diet down, but she says that her legs were really sore. She was doing exercises that she had never done before, and her muscles just weren’t used to it yet. After the first couple of days, her legs got used to it. On the days that she was sore, but her legs didn’t feel like jelly, she went to the gym and worked out on the treadmill.

The Second Week

During the second week, Ariana was confident enough to start doing her own grocery shopping. She made her own meals and picked up snacks that she knew Ariana like such as sweet edamame potato with cinnamon and blueberries. Her workouts started getting easier, and she was reaching her goal of 12,000 steps a day. She did cheat once when she went to a cheese party and couldn’t resist the temptation.

The Third Week

By the third week, Farrah noticed that she was feeling a lot stronger. By this time, she was sticking to her vegan diet and walking over 16,000 steps per day.

The Fourth Week

Farrah noticed some changes by the fourth week. She had more energy than ever and was active at home rather than just sitting around doing nothing. By the end of the month, she noticed subtle changes in her appearance, but it was mostly her strength and energy level that changed. She says that it was a long journey that was well worth it. A fan tried to eat and work out like Ariana Grande, and this is what happened to her body. She was stronger, more active, and much more confident.
